We are dedicated to our staff, and it shows in the variety of additional benefits we provide our employees. We promote a wellness culture to allow our professionals to thrive in all areas of daily living. We also help our clients set up programs for their employees.
Our Wellness Committee provides a wide array of health education programs and opportunities to the office. They partner with experts to bring in seminars covering topics from Stress Relief to Healthy Sleep, provide fruits and vegetables for snacks in the break room, and routinely organize contests and other fun initiatives. Some programs include an in-house Weight Watchers program and the “5,000 Steps a Day” program, which challenged employees to count their steps over the course of three months. We know that people work better in different ways, so we offer both team and individual opportunities in which our staff may choose to participate.
