Diane is well-versed in all agency operations, and also sits on numerous insurance company advisory boards, including ACE, Chartis, Fireman's Fund, Chubb and Travelers. She has a Bachelors of Science Degree from Florida State University.

Mitula is an active leader in the insurance industry, and has held such positions as past President of the Insurance Professionals of Los Angeles (IPLA), a local chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women, International (NAIW), dba International Association of Insurance Professionals, and Public Relations Chair for the California Council of NAIW. Among her many career accomplishments, Mitula was named the Insurance Woman of the Year in 2006, and was the award winner of the AAMGA awards at the 2007 California Council of NAIW Meeting.
