Diane has been in the insurance industry since 1981, serving as an insurance company marketing representative, a direct writer and an independent insurance broker. Before forming Momentous, Diane was a managing director of a large, national insurance brokerage, where she was responsible for over 100 insurance professionals. Her expertise in insurance is deeply rooted in insuring high net worth individuals through accountants, attorneys, family offices, corporate executives as well as directly with high profile clients. Diane was recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a "Woman Making a Difference" in 2009, and has been profiled in Worth magazine, Independant Agent magazine, and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal. Diane is well-versed in all agency operations, and also sits on numerous insurance company advisory boards, including ACE, Chartis, Fireman’s Fund, Chubb and Travelers. David Toth
Chief Operating Officer
David has been in the insurance industry since 2001 and is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects at Momentous. His business leadership experience includes operations, accounting, information technology, claims and sales. David also specializes in property and casualty insurance for restaurants and real estate risks. He is heavily involved in negotiating commissions and coverages with the Hartford Insurance Company, Travelers, Golden Eagle, and Employers Compensation Insurance. He has been featured in Worth magazine as a Leading Wealth and Insurance Advisor to high net worth investors. David is active with many networking groups and currently is a coach with both the South Pasadena AYSO and Little League. He attended California State University, Northridge and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
Christie has been in the insurance industry since 1985. She was Senior Vice President at a national insurance brokerage, where she managed the entertainment department. Christie has handled such accounts as Marvel Studios, Icon Productions, Worldwide Pants Incorporated and Mandate Pictures, insuring blockbuster films such as “Ironman” and “Juno” and hit television shows such as “Late Night with David Letterman”. Christie attended California State Northridge University, where she studied journalism.
Travis has been in the information technology industry since 1997 and has extensive experience working in insurance, financial and real estate environments. As Chief Information Officer at Momentous, Travis is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the company’s technical infrastructure. This includes network engineering, software development, technical strategic planning, and all IT business operations. Among his skills and qualifications, he is proficient in software engineering, network engineering LAN/WAN, systems deployment, web technologies, database development and technical infrastructure design. Most recently, Travis and his team built an iPhone app for the company which is expected to launch in 2012. He is currently on the board of the Western Users Group of Applied Systems.
Kathleen Bragg-Pebley, Esq. began her legal career in 2000 and serves as general in-house counsel at Momentous. Previously, she was a senior associate at Wilson Elser, a top 50 law firm in the United States. She specializes in business and employment litigation, primarily in Title VII, sexual harassment, disability discrimination, EEOC investigations, and FMLA matters. Her business litigation experience includes corporate law, contract law and professional liability matters. In addition, she served as in-house counsel in a Lloyd’s of London syndicate working as a claims adjuster and coverage counsel, handling property and professional liability claims throughout the United States, reviewing policy wording and developing defense and coverage counsel guidelines. At Momentous, she aids in matters of compliance, protects the legal rights and interests of the company, monitors day-to-day legal affairs, including real estate, intellectual property, contract negotiations, insurance claims and other business affairs. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law, graduating cum laude.
Pam Weiser
Executive Vice President
Pam has been in the entertainment insurance industry since 1980 and specializes in risk management for films, music and loan-out corporations. In addition, she has acquired an expert level of knowledge in all types of commercial (non entertainment) and personal insurance. Her expertise and ability to effectively counsel clients on the importance of appropriate asset protection, has enabled her to ascend to leadership positions throughout her career. As Executive Vice President at Momentous, she established and heads the Risk Management and Quality Control department. In this role, she is responsible for performing coverage reviews and evaluations, client audits, business development initiatives, and regulating and monitoring the firm’s Standard Operating Procedures. Susan has been in the Insurance industry since 1980, spending most of her time in the Commercial Property, Casualty and Entertainment arenas. She has worked at a number of large national brokerages, has partnered with the same core group of insurance professionals for the past twelve years, and is part of the Senior Leadership group at Momentous. She has relationships with all major insurance companies, including Fireman’s Fund, Travelers, Chubb, the Hartford, and others. Susan is a licensed Property, Casualty and Life Agent with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
Greg has been in the insurance industry since 1977, handling all lines of coverage including personal, commercial and entertainment insurance related accounts. Greg has spent the past 23 years working at top entertainment brokerages, servicing high net-worth individuals as well as producer entities. He has excellent relationships within all insurance companies and provides on-site risk management for his clients. Greg has been recognized as a Leading wealth & Insurance advisor to high net worth investors by Worth magazine. He is a licensed Property and Casualty insurance broker.
Stephen has been in the insurance industry since 1985, and has held senior leadership positions at other top insurance brokerages. Throughout his career he has acquired a broad background which includes risk management, commercial insurance and employee benefit plans. At Momentous, Stephen is responsible for the strategic planning, growth, program development, and management of commercial insurance operations. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with emphasis on Management & Finance, from Wilkes University and is licensed for Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance. David has been in the insurance industry since 1981, and has extensive experience in motion picture and television production, equipment and vehicle rental operations, corporate management, financial analysis and consumer credit. David is a graduate of Ohio State University and has continued his postgraduate educational endeavors at the University of California at Los Angeles and Pepperdine University.

Lilia has been in the insurance industry since 1989 and is responsible for all management liability risks at Momentous Insurance Brokerage. Ms. Rocha’s team of specialists average 15 years of experience in professional liability, employment practices liability, directors and officers liability, fiduciary liability, crime risk, and cyber liability. Lilia is a recognized expert in her field and has been quoted in Independent Agent magazine, American Express online, and FoxBusiness.com. In addition, she was featured as a Leading Wealth & Insurance Advisor in Worth Magazine on the subject of domestic employment practices issues. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent, holds the professional designation of Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UCLA.

Nancy has been in the insurance industry since 1989; she comes to Momentous from another major brokerage, where she specialized in handling personal lines coverage for the affluent market. She is a licensed Property & Casualty agent and is primarily responsible for handling business management clients and Personal Lines carrier relationships. Nancy has been featured as a Leading Wealth & Insurance Advisor to high net worth investors in Worth magazine. She’s been a Certified Insurance Counselor for over 15 years and plans to pursue her CPCU designation in the near future.

Since 1985, Sherrie has had management experience with top producing, high risk brokerage and insurance companies. Her specialization is providing Life, Health & Disability solutions to those in the entertainment, manufacturing, and distribution industries, as well as to property owners and law firms. Sherrie is responsible for the strategy and operations of the Employee Benefits department, overseeing eight professionals. She has been recognized as a Leading Wealth & Insurance Advisor to high net worth investors by Worth magazine and as a "Woman Making a Difference" in 2011 by the Los Angeles Business Journal. Sherrie has earned both a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is currently continuing her education at Walden University to obtain a PhD in the Applied Management & Decision Sciences Program.

Mitula brings 30 years experience and sound leadership to Momentous. She has held many different positions with agents, brokers and insurance companies, including Accounting and Systems Manager; Controller; Vice President of Finance and Administration; Executive Vice President of Administration, Finance and Human Resources; Project Manager and Chief Financial Officer. Mitula is an active leader in the insurance industry, and has held such positions as past President of the Insurance Professionals of Los Angeles (IPLA), a local chapter of the National Association of Insurance Women, International (NAIW), dba International Association of Insurance Professionals, and Public Relations Chair for the California Council of NAIW. Among her many career accomplishments, Mitula was named the Insurance Woman of the Year in 2006, and was the award winner of the AAMGA awards at the 2007 California Council of NAIW Meeting. She is currently the California State Council Director of NAIW. Mitula is also a member of NAFEE, and SHRM and is a Notary Public.

Paula Spooner
Director of Human Resources
Since 1985, Paula has had experience at the senior HR level in several major industries including healthcare, entertainment, higher education and the private industry sector. Paula recently came to Momentous from a national full service law firm, where she was responsible for providing legal guidance and employment counsel and had full oversight of attorney and staff compensation, new hire decisions, annual merit reviews, and bonus allocations. Prior to this, she held senior HR positions at such high profile companies as the Jim Henson Company and Polygram Filmed Entertainment, as well as CIGNA Healthcare of California where she supported, among others, medical operations and sales for 7 western states and corporate responsibilities.

Michelle comes from a family of commercial insurance brokers and underwriters and has over 10 years experience in the industry. She began her career in the wholesale sector as a commercial underwriter, but switched over to the retail side, handling large commercial accounts at Arthur J. Gallagher. She left the insurance field to pursue an opportunity in the advertising industry as an Account Executive. In that capacity she was responsible for the planning, strategy and execution of marketing communication goals, specifically in the Direct Response Marketing arena, including print, broadcast, web and customer relationship management. She has returned to combine her insurance and marketing experience at Momentous where she is responsible for the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, corporate communications and client development. Michelle was recognized in the San Fernando Valley Business Journal's Leadership: 20 in their 20s feature and as a "Woman Making a Difference" in 2011 by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, graduating cum laude, and holds the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor.
