Momentous Listed as 4th Largest Insurance Brokers in San Fernando Valley; 11th in Los Angeles
Momentous’ ranked #4 in the San Fernando Valley Business Journal list, and makes its debut on the Los Angeles Business Journal list, published May 10, 2010.
Van Nuys, CA, May 13, 2010 – Momentous Insurance Brokerage Inc. has been named the 4th largest insurance broker in the Valley by the San Fernando Valley Business Journal, ranked by 2009 premiums. In addition, their premium per licensed agent is the highest of all ranked brokers.
The list also highlights the top brokers by number of employees and increase in revenues from the year prior and Momentous ranked #2 and #7 respectively. Momentous recorded $180,000,000 in premium volume in 2009 and $175,000,000 in 2008, even though the industry reported its second straight year of decline, according to the Insurance Informational Institute.
Momentous made the Top 20 list published by the Los Angeles Business Journal, ranking #11 based on brokerage commission of $22 Million.
