the insurance quotation you requested. This may include items such as Name, Email, Address, Phone, Annual
Sales and Square Footage of your operation.
Momentous accepts payments by check, and may offer the option of electronic payment processing in the
future. At such time as credit card payments or electronic fund transfers are made available, those
options will be communicated in our online application.
In order to protect your sensitive information, any credit card information collected would be immediately
deleted from our records following payment. We would provide you with a transaction number that you may
use to reference your payment in the future.
How do we use your information?
Once we have reviewed your completed application, we use the information contained therein to submit to
insurance carriers for quotes.
We will not distribute or sell your email address or other contact information to any third party.
NOTE: We may include you in a volutary mailing or newsletter list to keep you up to date with our products
and services. Should you no longer wish to receive such information, you will have the opportunity to
unsubscribe.
How do we protect your information?
At Momentous, we value your privacy. Any personal information submitted to us will be handled only by
licensed insurance professionals and will be used solely for insurance purposes. Your information will not
be disseminated to any other parties for solicitation purposes.
NOTE: We will be disseminating information to carriers.
We will not attempt to collect or obtain any private information about you unless you offer such
information voluntarily.
Because insurance information is extremely sensitive, we employ a variety of technological safeguards to
keep your data confidential. We maintain a copy of all of your information at our secure out-of-state
datacenter, and have the capability to re-establish this data in the event of a disaster.
Our office is also constantly maintaining and upgrading our internal network to provide the most current
possible protection from unauthorized access.
