In partnership with Most Valuable Possessions, Momentous offers complimentary video documentation of homes and personal contents. This service is also recommended for clients with equipment and valuable contents in storage. In the event of a loss, you will be focused on other priorities, not recalling all of your valuables and dealing with the claims process. This service is aimed at presenting your valuables in the best possible light, so should a loss occur, your world can return back to normal as quickly as possible.

A disaster doesn’t have to be disastrous. Our video documentation service can make the claims process less painful in the event of a loss.

This service includes a professional videographer who is trustworthy, prompt, courteous, discreet and respectful of your privacy. Confidentiality agreements are gladly signed.

Our audio/visual tour is usually done in an one-hour continuous shot, and consists of:

–  Inside: structure, flooring, walls, ceiling, furnishings, artwork, sports equipment, collections, hobbies, all contents.

–  Outside: structures, yard, pool, landscape, etc.

–  The video will not be edited and is shot in HD to allow the ability to freeze frame at any given point.

–  Upon request: jewelry (supervision by client or designee expected), antique automobiles, other collections, you name it.

Two DVDs of the virtual tour will be provided to your designees within one week. Momentous does not keep a copy on file. Should you have a claim, this video would be provided by you to your insurance company. DVDs should be kept in a safe and secure place away from the videotaped location.

Please note: This service will NOT take the place of an appraisal, but will serve as a tool for “purposes of recall” and, to a certain degree, “proof of ownership” in the event of a catastrophe.
