I just got into a car accident. What should I do?

Stay calm. Do not admit fault. Exchange information such as Name, Phone Number, Driver’s License Number and insurance information with the other party. Take pictures of each vehicle, their damages and license plates. You can use our Auto Claim Kit to get witness information.

My employee was just injured on the job. What should I do?

In case of an emergency, have the employee seek medical attention immediately. Give a Claim Form to the injured worker to fill out. Complete an Employer’s Report of Injury and report the claim right away to Momentous.

My band was just accused of copyright infringement. Is there a policy that covers that?

An Errors & Omission policy would respond to an allegation of copyright infringement. Please contact the Management Liability department for more details.

My former employee is suing me and my business for wrongful termination. Is there a policy that covers that?

An Employment Practices Liability policy would respond to an allegation of wrongful termination. Please contact the Management Liability department for more details.

I just lost my wedding ring. Is this covered by any of my insurance policies?
